Automating Gainsight using UiPath Studio X.

I am a freelance CSM working with UiPath the leading Robotic Process Automation company. As part of my CSM duties I went through an exercise of hiring new CSMs across Australia. In order to prepare for their arrival, I needed to complete a few tasks. The first task was to segment the territory and assign accounts to the new CSMs. This is the topic of another blog post and a supporting asset. The second task was to set up Gainsight with the appropriate Success plan and Objectives.

I used UiPath Studio X a low code development tool to automate the manual tasks needed to add Success plans in Gainsight for 25+ accounts and then add 15 Objectives for each account with all the configurable detail along with links to templates and completion dates.

I created a short video to walk you through the scenario and how I solved this manual problem.
