How to build a Customer Value Review (CVR) or Success Plan.

A customer value review (CVR) is a session delivered by the customer success team in conjunction with other functions such as Sales, Services etc whereby the CSM delivers a summary of the value delivered over a period of time. It’s like the “greatest hits” of the engagement. The frequency of these sessions depends on the client and the product or service you are selling. For software vendors working with Enterprise clients quarterly is good for active clients and half-yearly for slower clients.

That’s the preamble done!

The best way to describe the sections of the CVR is to take a look at the structure of one. I don’t believe for a second that this structure should be used for everyone’s CVR. I do believe that the structure will help you think a bit more strategically about your clients and what outcomes you want for them.

If you would like some help to develop your CVR just reach out for a conversation. Click the button below. I will send you an example structure of a CVR to prime the disussion.
