There are a range of paid customer success courses available. These mainly package up information you can find yourself from attending webinars, reading blogs and actually doing the job!! If you want t start exploring this role as a next step in your career this not a bad place to start.
Gainsight
Ay list on training would not be complete without the ubiquitous Gainsight. They have three tiers of CS training that help the student progress through the different stages of your CS career.
Cisco
This was a bit left field for me as I was wondering why a vendor would create a CSM training course. Its not one I have done mainly due to the time commitment but if you look at the course outline there are a lot of topics that will really help the developing CSM
