I stumbled across this video from GoDaddy featuring Danielle McGee the CEO and founder of Black Business Boom. There are some things about the content that I love. It gets to heart of customer success and why it is so meaningful in environments where customers experience hyper competition.

Danielle also goes on to talk about customer loyalty programs. This web site is a classic example, I have an option to subscribe to this blog. This is my super simple loyalty program and if I get to the position where there are people other than my mum and my dog subscribed to the site I will look to add more value to those subscribers. :o)
