Customer Success Interview Presentation

The customer success managers I work with typically have 5 - 13 interviews to secure their next dream job as a customer success manager. Compared to sme industries this is a lot! It’s important that you go into and CSM recruitment process with this in mind so you are not blind-sided when you get asked to do another interview and another interview.

No matter how long the interview processes is there wil always be a requirement to do some sort of presentation. Typically this means that the candidate is given a scenario to work through and prouce some output such as a QBR (Quarterly Business Review), EBR (Executive Business Review), Terriotry review, Present the product and all its features in relation to a specific customer, the list goes on.
